You don’t need to explain to me what is philosophy or epistemology. I’m a philosophy major. But religion is NOT a branch of philosophy. If that would be true, religion would only exist in countries that have known a history of philosophy. Greece, the Roman empire, Arabia, the Far East. And religion would only have existed AFTER the development of philosophy. Both cases are not true. Religion and philosophy have very little to do with each other.
The Qur’an says that if two passages contradict one another you go with the later passage in the Qur’an. The peaceful Scriptures are the beginning of the book, the violent, murderous, evil, vile filth is later in the book.
Islam is a Vicious, evil, dark, destructive, and sick force in this world, who’s own book is hell-bent on world domination.

Philosophy is love of wisdom, and deals with epistemology (which I guess you know by the fact that your answer was coherent) and that is the study of knowledge and explaining the world around us, science is an off chute of Philosophy, this is true merely by history.
